Hello and welcome to the first step in improving your quality of life. Therapy and mental health issues continue to be stigmatized in our society, and it would be my pleasure to help you find out that it’s quite the opposite. Many people find therapy to be the extra support they need to navigate through life challenges. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) and I provide individual and couple’s therapy services.

I obtained my master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and I have 5 years of experience working with diverse populations in school settings, outpatient clinics, and in the home.  I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues. I will provide a safe, neutral, and nonjudgmental space to help you work through your challenges. I’m looking forward to working with you.
