Ingrid has experience working with clients who have depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, co-occurring, and other mental health conditions. She has training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and takes a client-centered, collaborative approach to support her clients and their families throughout their therapeutic journey.
