Kirsten is a therapist whose sensitivity toward others derives from her perspective on life in that each person’s journey is unique, yet feelings are universal. This perspective fosters her approach to therapy that focuses on individual strengths and self-compassion whether clients are seeking treatment to heal from past or present events, change behaviors, or to cultivate their personal growth.
For over 10 years; she has been serving the mental health field in varying settings including in-home, school-based, and clinic-based services. She graduated from the University of Maryland-Baltimore with an MSW in Clinical Social Work and is currently providing individual, couples and family therapy, for children, adolescents, and adults.
