She received her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. She has experience working with adolescents and young adults with a spectrum of disorders such as anxiety and depression utilizing Cognitive Behavior therapy and exposure therapy techniques. Rachel will be providing tele-health therapy during the week.
Rachel enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She uses a holistic approach to treatment focusing on Cognitive Behavior Therapy but also incorporating other modalities depending on the individual client’s needs. She is a firm believer in finding the right treatment for the client and understanding what the client is looking for from treatment by collaborating with them to create a tailored treatment. Her goal is to provide a safe space where clients can feel accepted, heard, and understood. Above all, Rachel wants the client to know they are not alone in their therapeutic journey toward healing and change.
Rachel works under the supervision of Laura Kogelschatz, LCSW-C
