Congruent Counseling Services offers treatment for mental health and substance use concerns including depression and anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, substance use disorder, adjustment issues and many more. We utilize many forms of counseling including cognitive behavioral therapy CBT, ACT, DBT, Adlerian (individual psychology), Person centered psychology, solution focused and more. We offer individual, family, and group therapy as well as psychiatric treatment and other mental health services. You will have the benefit of a safe, comfortable and relaxing counseling environment while at the same time have the luxury of many highly skilled counselors to choose from. We offer teletherapy and plan to offer in person therapy as well. Imagine choosing a few weeks meeting from home via teletherapy then the next week choosing to meet your therapist in person when available. That is our goal to offer flexibility; a true hybrid model. Most major insurances are accepted.

An initial assessment is essential to determine the needs of the client. Congruent Counseling Services utilizes a structured interview to assess the needs of the client and how we may best serve them. While the initial assessment sets the direction for initial counseling, assessment is an ongoing part of counseling. It is essential to be open and honest during your assessment. If you are concerned about confidentiality, talk with your assessor. As a therapist and client learn more about each other, a reassessment or change in direction may be important.
