David Hoke

David is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University. Prior to his career in counseling, David dedicated six years to working as an educator. He brings a grounded, compassionate and collaborative approach to counseling. David specializes in supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating substance use disorders, life transitions, stress, and self-discovery. His therapeutic style is rooted in person centered therapy, and strives to ensure that every client’s values and goals guide the therapeutic journey. To equip clients with the tools to change he integrates elements of CBT and DBT.
