Grace specializes in working with children, youth, adults and families impacted by trauma. Utilizing her trauma-focused training, combined with her background in domestic and relationship violence prevention, she brings a strengths-based approach that is both motivational and client-centered. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and integrates both psychoeducation and skills-based techniques into her work. Her specialties include trauma and PTSD, grief, and relationship and domestic/sexual abuse. More broadly, she works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and mood-related disorders.
