Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)  and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) in the State of Maryland. Jennifer received her Jennifer has been practicing as a therapist for over 20 years. Jennifer received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Delaware and received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in 2002. Jennifer has worked in various community counseling agencies. She worked for many years with “at-risk” youth and their families in Baltimore City and eventually established her own private practice in Columbia, Maryland. In addition to Jennifer’s private practice, she offers online individual counseling to adults at Congruent Counseling’s Columbia office location. 

Ms. Molinari approaches counseling from an integrative/ holistic perspective and is a strength-based counselor which means that she believes that there is a strong connection between the mind, body, and spirit and she believes everyone intuitively knows what they need to heal and lead a fulfilling life. She provides a safe, warm, and non-judgmental atmosphere where there is confidentiality, support, and trust. She approaches each client as an individual and tailors treatment techniques to the unique needs of each client to help promote healing, change, and growth.  While working with Jennifer, you will work on gaining insight into the issues you are facing in addition to tuning into your body and your intuition (where you experience sensations, feelings, images, and thoughts) to help facilitate positive change.
