Karey Crain, LGMFT

Karey Crain is a Licensed Graduate Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Maryland. She works with individuals of all ages, families, and couples. Her own experiences have led her to a particular interest in supporting women through their perinatal and postpartum journey. Karey specializes in helping people unpack the beliefs and family dynamics that keep them stuck and helping them discover new possibilities. Her work is informed by Narrative Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, Bowen Family Systems, Structural Family Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Outside of her work, Karey is a mom to four fantastic kids who love music, art, video games, and sports. Karey loves to read, eat, and go sightseeing. She is also an avid volunteer with Moms Demand Action to promote safety from gun violence.
