Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor & Certified Associate Counselor Alcohol and Drug

Lisa Cohen is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Addictions Counselor.  Lisa has been with Congruent Counseling since 2007. Lisa currently sees clients individually for a  variety of mental health and substance abuse concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Bipolar Depression. She has experience working with teens and adults.

Lisa is a member of Congruent’s DBT program seeing individual clients and co-facilitating skills classes.  Lisa has a strong desire to help her clients succeed. She feels it is important to meet her clients where they are at while helping them to achieve their goals.  

Lisa has multiple years of experience directing outpatient mental health and substance abuse services. In 2015, she obtained her Master’s degree from McDaniel  College in Community Counseling. Lisa is also a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), as well as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CAC-AD) and Supervisor.
