Margaret has years of clinical experience in outpatient settings and is highly skilled in working with children, parents, teens and adults.  She has received extensive training in Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to provide the most effective tools to help her clients thrive. Margaret believes that creating a confidential, comfortable, non-judgmental space for individuals has been the key to change for countless clients. Margaret guides her clients to develop their sense of self-worth while using skills to manage their relationships with themselves as well as family, friends, and others in their world. Clients’ families can also learn how to validate and support their loved ones as an integral part of the treatment process.

Margaret is licensed in Maryland as a Professional Counselor and certified as a Play Therapist through the Association of Play Therapy.  She provides therapy either remotely or in person in Millersville.
