My approach is active and incorporates cognitive behavioral strategies, interpersonal techniques, internal family systems, and mindfulness. I work with individuals struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and helping develop strategies to more effectively manage anger and feelings of self-doubt that can manifest as imposter syndrome, among many other important issues that are helpful to talk about in therapy.
