Nadine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing comprehensive individual, family and group treatment to adults, adolescents, couples and their families. Her clinical approach combines mindful awareness of the present moment with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based, and solution-focused practices. In addition, Nadine has over 300 hours of intensive and trauma-focused training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), including skills acquisition and prolonged exposure treatment. She aims to help clients navigate challenges and optimize their functioning using validation while maintaining a person-centered approach. Nadine’s training allows her to work collaboratively with clients to help them build a life that feels worth living.

Nadine has worked in the mental health and social work field since 2001. She received her BA in Psychology in 1999 from the University of Maryland College Park and her MSW in 2001 from University of Maryland at Baltimore. Nadine previously worked for the Baltimore County Department of Social Services within a Baltimore County Schools placement. She also spent 14 years at Sheppard Pratt Hospital within their Residential Treatment Center where she held roles as a Counselor and School Therapist as well as the Senior Clinician. Nadine has experience in supervisory roles, offering support and training to new practitioners and Masters Level Students. She has been a proud member of the CCS and IC team since 2019.

Nadine’s treatment support includes, but is not limited to, working with individuals seeking therapy for Acute and Chronic Depression, Anxiety disorders including Panic & Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Behavioral and Conduct Disorder, Life Transitions, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Parent-Child Relational Problems. She provides guidance and support to each client, no matter where they are in their mental health journey, using a nonjudgemental approach and validation. Nadine’s experience creates a treatment environment that balances acceptance, change, and a passion for enhancing the lives for all individuals she works with. Her approach fosters a supportive setting that also offers psychoeducation and coaching with a goal of promoting clients’ healing and growth.
