We use the HIPAA-compliant portal provided by Zoom, but this is different from the free publicly available Zoom that you or those you know have been using business or school. By going through this specific Zoom portal, your privacy is preserved.

Insurance and Teletherapy

Insurance issues have always been a major source of concern for those receiving therapy. Congruent Counseling Services offers therapy with most commercial insurances, but not all insurances used to cover teletherapy. Because of the Covid-19 outbreak, these types of insurance rules and restrictions are quickly changing to accommodate patients.
