Courtney Haile is a licensed clinical social worker and a graduate from University of Maryland Baltimore since 2011. Courtney has worked with adults admitted to inpatient medical and psychiatric hospitals since completion of graduate school. She worked at Sheppard Pratt Health System on the adult co-occurring disorders unit utilizing motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy group modalities as well as client-centered case management. Courtney also has experience working as an on-call sexual assault and domestic violence advocate with those experiencing an acute crisis and in need of support and safety planning. Courtney believes in working together to identify realistic and measurable therapeutic goals for wellness and recovery. She strongly supports a strengths-based & client-centered approach and therapeutic environment for clients. She is available for virtual and in person appointments at the Towson office.
