Meghan is a compassionate and licensed mental health and substance abuse counselor, focused on providing personalized care for those struggling with addiction and mental health concerns. Meghan adopts a client-centered approach in her sessions, integrating techniques from CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. She fosters a compassionate and nonjudgmental collaboration between client and therapist, working together to achieve therapeutic goals.

Meghan Hesterberg is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). Meghan is the Adult Program Director for Substance Abuse groups at Congruent Counseling Services. She is responsible for coordinating services in our Millersville location. She co-facilitates the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Meghan conducts all levels of education, outpatient treatment, and DUI/DWI programs in Millersville. Meghan holds a Master of Science in Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling.
