I have experience working with various cultures, and ages, specializing in depression, postpartum, bipolar, anxiety, ADHD, and substance abuse, to name a few. I provide individual and couples therapy. My approach to therapy is one rooted in empathy and working with the client as a team to achieve their personal goals. In addition to this, I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy and other modalities based on the individual need.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Salisbury University and my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
